Be default contact shadows look like this from a distance:
Open this file in Inspector
Assets\HDRPDefaultResources\HDRenderPipelineGlobalSettings
All these settings on a screenshot are affecting contact shadows quality:
In MirageCreative scene Contact Shadows are generated by Spot Light object:
If you select it in Hierarchy view then in Inspector scroll to the bottom to see:
You can select different quality or choose Custom and deactivate a checkbox.
These three quality (Low, Medium, High) are connected to Quality dropdown from top most settings screenshot:
